Kinnaird Jewellery offers FREE SHIPPING on all products purchased online within the UK. Shipping outwith the UK will differ depending on destination.
If you require a piece of jewellery by a particular date (e.g. for a special occasion), email us within 7 days of ordering, please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order. .As each piece of jewellery is created by hand, please allow up to three weeks for your order to be processed.
We hope that you are not disappointed with your jewellery on arrival but if your item(s) arrive faulty/broken or are simply not what you were expecting, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, with a short message outlining why you wish to return your item(s).
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and it it is eligible for refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Shipping Your Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Abbeymount Studios, 2 Easter Road, Unit 14, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH7 5AN.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
